Add something green to be sure to get your nutrients!
If you think you can’t handle the greens start with spinach or romaine lettuce, both are super mild!
Avoid sweeteners, sugar and yoghurt- keep it natural!
Stick to water or coconut water as your liquid base
Invest in a high powered blender that will handle frozen fruit
Try one part green and two parts fruit and slowly build up the greens as your taste buds change
